One ideal day by the coast, planned the way we would for you
The hour-by-hour outline of a resort day we would craft for ourselves on a Tuesday in late June. Adapt as you like.
07:00 · Quiet swim
The pool sits empty and towel service has yet to begin. A coffee cart by the entrance pours single-origin filter coffee — no menu, no queue. That half hour is the finest of the day.
08:30 · Terrace breakfast
Eggs made to order, pastries still warm from the kitchen oven, a modest plate of seasonal fruit. We skip breakfast buffets. We prefer plates brought by waiters who have looked after the same families for ten years.
10:00 · Spa or sea
Either choice works. The spa hammam is bright and still in the morning. The sea is calmest before midday. Most guests pick one and wish they had done both; a rare few manage both.
13:30 · Long lunch
Three hours at the lagoon bistro, a bottle of light white, grilled fish you had not planned to order. No phones, no hurry. This is the meal that stays with you.
18:00 · Golden hour terrace
Aperitif on the upper deck. By the second day the bar team will know your name. The house negroni rests on a vermouth we produce on-site; it remains the most unexpected drink on the property.
21:00 · Tasting menu
Eight courses, two hours, one wine pairing. Years went into building this evening. We hope the journey feels justified.
23:30 · A short hour at the table
Or a slow walk back to the suite. Either path: tomorrow opens at 07:00 with a swim, and that loop is the whole idea.
